Recorded mostly in Alex's living room on a hot Saturday in April 2010. It was produced, engineered and mixed by BLAKE JARMAN, yet he somehow still maintains that it's somebody else's fault if you don't like the way it sounds. When he wasn't out on beer/cigarette/Taco Bueno runs, JOSH DAVIDSON was there, gathering footage of the day's events which will most likely never be seen by the general public due to excessive amounts of sweaty-dudeness. NICK WHITAKER was also present to lend some assistance in setting up the mics he loaned us. Subsequent recordings took place at Blake's Flying Pig Studios, where KAREN HARMON stopped by to fiddle on tracks 1,3 and 8. Around that same time, GARETT WEINDORF dropped in and tickled the ivories til' they pee'd all over tracks 4 and 7. Our dear friend, "HIPPIE DAN" LEE plucked the banjo on track 3. JOY HAMMER, DAY MUNSON and GWYNNE BURKHART lent their beautiful voices to track 10. Recorded from his own ARC Studios, WALT BOWERS played the Hammond B3 organ on track 2. DAY MUNSON, GWYNNE BURKHART, JOY HAMMER, LUCAS HAMMER, ERIKA CARTER and JOSH DAVIDSON all stood around a mic with us and yelled/sang/chanted things. The completed album was sent to Armstrong Recording, where it was mastered by the legendary STEPHEN EGERTON. THOM SELF and IAN ROBINSON painted the pretty picture that ended up on the cover.
